Let's make sure that we have the names of all the incompetent fools, the faulty software vendors and the cowboy Systems Integrator well and truly recorded for us all to remember:

Paul Lucas - Minister for Health - Incompetent Fool:
Mick Reid - DG for Health - Incompetent Fool:
Robert Schwarten - Minister for Public Works - Incompetent Fool:
Mal Grierson - DG for Public Works - Incompetent Fool:
Philip Hood - Director of Corptech - Incompetent Fool:

All of these incompetent Fools were warned on numerous occasions by a multitude of good people that this payroll bungle was going to happen and they did not care or act. This was also the case when IBM was also warned.

SAP - Faulty Software Vendor:
SAP did their best which was just not good enough on this occasion.

WorkBrain - Faulty Software Vendor:
WorkBrain was the real problem here and will continue to be until it is removed. This product has been removed from every major installation they had in Australia because it simply never works even after millions of Dollars are wasted trying to fix it.

IBM - Cowboy Systems Integrator:
IBM did not care from day one that this would not work; all that mattered is that they got paid and the tax payers got the least they could.
